Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Cloud. This role requires expertise in configuring OTL to meet business time-tracking and project reporting requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define time tracking policies and requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Design and configure OTL components, including time entry and approval rules, timecard layouts, and assignment of employees and contractors to projects.
  • Implement OTL rules and structures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Drive user acceptance testing, training, documentation, and go-live readiness for OTL.
  • Support post-go-live stabilization, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ Years of experience in implementing Core HR, OTL, and PPM modules.
  • Strong understanding of OTL functionality and ability to design and configure complex workflows.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.

Desirable Skills:

  • Oracle Cloud Certification in Time and Labor.
  • Experience integrating OTL with Project Costing or Payroll.
