  • The successful candidate will be responsible for Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition & Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, as well as HR & IR and Blue Collar workforce management.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement strategic people initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition & Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development, HR & IR, and Blue Collar workforce management.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to these areas.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of people-related projects and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources and talent management.
