Job Description

We are on the cusp of an exciting new phase, where leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands will be onboarded in India and globally. The role of Senior Manager involves identifying, engaging, and securing large CPG enterprise accounts.

The incumbent will develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets in international markets.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential enterprise customers.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders across international markets.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions that align with client requirements.
  • Provide ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience within a CPG brand or SaaS platform with an MBA from a Tier 1 Institute.
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals and fostering long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and an in-depth understanding of technology solutions in the digital marketing space.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles, particularly with large enterprise clients.
