  • This role involves ensuring legal standards are rigorously maintained, providing comprehensive support to ensure compliance and manage risk within the supply chain.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Compliance Champion: Identify, document, and communicate client contract requirements.
  • Template Guardian: Ensure contractor contract templates align with client terms.
  • Audit Support: Assist in conducting internal audits focusing on compliance requirements.
  • Database Maestro: Maintain accurate databases related to commercial compliance.
  • Procedure Follower: Adhere to established commercial compliance procedures.
  • Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (law preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum two of the following:
  • Law degree or Contract Management course completion.
  • Previous experience in contractual compliance or contract management.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a corporate or in-house environment.
  • Essential Skills:
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Learning Agility: Quick learner with the ability to follow new processes.
