Job Title: Provident Fund Compliance Expert

Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable professional to oversee end-to-end operations related to Employee Provident Fund (EPF) for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the EPF Act and associated statutory compliance, with experience in managing large employee bases and client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage EPF challan generation processes to ensure timely submission.
  • Handle reconciliation of PF-related accounts and transactions to prevent discrepancies.
  • Respond promptly to PF-related queries and ensure timely resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Perform accurate calculations of Employee Provident Fund contributions to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct quality control checks for PF operations to maintain high standards.
  • Prepare and file statutory reports as required by law.
  • Ensure all employee queries are addressed within specified timelines to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess:
