Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide expert support for U.S. federal government contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance, reporting, and administrative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Review & Compliance
  • Assist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and summarize applicable FAR/DFARS clauses and compliance obligations.
  • Support subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support U.S. reporting obligations (eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, EEO/OFCCP reporting).
  • Maintain organized contract repositories and document management systems.
  • Audit & Monitoring Support
  • Assist with internal reviews and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA).
  • Track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations to ensure timely compliance.
  • Proposal & Pre-Award Support
  • Review solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant FAR/DFARS clauses.
  • Prepare compliance matrices and checklists for proposal teams.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
  • Coordinate with contracts, compliance, legal, and procurement teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Provide data, documentation, and compliance insights as requested to support business growth and success.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in contracts, compliance, or coordinating with legal teams on contract terms, clauses, and risk. (experience with U.S. federal contracts preferred).
  • Skills & Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and U.S. federal contracting principles.
  • Strong understanding of compliance areas (EEO, Service Contract Act, export controls, cybersecurity requirements).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Prior experience supporting U.S. federal contracts in an offshore/outsourcing environment.
  • Knowledge of ITAR/EAR export compliance restrictions.
  • Exposure to proposal compliance reviews for government bids.
