Key Role in Construction Contract Management

URC is hiring for a senior position.

  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech In Civil Engineering and Similar Certification courses are preferred.
  • Experience: 10 to 20 Years of experience in the field is required.
  • Project Nature: Metro and Buildings are our main focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate project documentation from inception to completion. This includes ensuring all project files are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Identify changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost. Provide timely updates to the project team on any changes or discrepancies.
  • Track submitted claims letters and prepare contractual justification. This includes researching and verifying claim details to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare claim documents and detailed claim statements. Ensure all claim documents are thorough and well-supported with relevant evidence.
  • Co-ordinate with the project team and update claim status. Regularly communicate with team members to ensure everyone is informed and aligned with project progress.
  • Ensure all claims are substantiated with contract entitlements. Conduct thorough research and analysis to verify claim validity and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Requirements:

  • Effective Cost Management skills. Ability to manage project costs effectively and make informed decisions on resource allocation.
  • Knowledge & experience in standard method of measurements. Understanding of construction methods and techniques to ensure accurate project delivery.
  • Sound contracts administration and Management skills. Ability to administer contracts effectively and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Capable of monitoring Cost control techniques. Familiarity with cost control principles and ability to apply them in a practical setting.
  • Good at project Commercial Management skills. Understanding of commercial management principles and ability to apply them in a project context.

Our ideal candidate should be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines on time, and provide additional reports as directed.
