Senior Meta Ads Manager Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Meta Ads Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad strategies that drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive ad campaigns that align with client objectives.
  • Manage international client accounts and ensure strong communication and consistent results.
  • Oversee ad creatives, launch campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-backed adjustments.
  • Allocate ad spend strategically to maximize returns.
  • Track KPIs, extract insights, and optimize campaigns for conversions and growth.
  • Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to refine performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • 5+ years of proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns at scale.
  • A strong background managing international clients, preferably with experience in the Australian market.
  • Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Certifications such as Meta Blueprint are a plus.
