Lead Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive engagement across various social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, as well as expertise in developing comprehensive strategies aligned with brand objectives. They will be responsible for managing our online presence, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to inform future strategies.

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
  • Manage and maintain our social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives, product launches, and campaigns.

Responsibilities also include staying up-to-date with emerging trends, identifying new opportunities for growth and engagement, and fostering strategic collaborations with influencers and partners.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should also be proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms, as well as have a creative approach to storytelling and visual aesthetics.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years experience working on medium or large brands.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
