Senior Quality Assurance Leader Position

We are seeking a seasoned Principal Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to drive our quality strategy and enhance product excellence. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, leading both manual and automated testing in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive test strategies, including automation and performance testing.
  • Mentor engineers and promote best practices in QA to ensure high-quality products.
  • Implement UI automation using Cypress and TypeScript, API testing with Postman, and performance testing with K6.
  • Promote accessibility standards, leveraging tools like Wave and AudioEye, and integrate CI/CD tests.
  • Apply AI-first testing approaches to minimize reliance on manual test scripts.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in test automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Cypress, TypeScript, K6, and Postman.
  • Strong knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), accessibility, and automation frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
