Job Title: Quality Assurance Program Manager">Job Purpose:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) strategy to ensure high-quality delivery across all phases of the Core Banking implementation program.
  • Define and manage QA processes, test plans, and automation frameworks aligned with the bank's digital transformation goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project testing teams to validate business requirements, identify defects, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement in QA processes and mentor QA teams across onsite/offshore locations.
  • Oversee the Core Production Implementation function within Service Level Agreement (SLA), schedule, and scope parameters, including testing and quality control throughout the project life cycle.
  • Drive the transformation of core banking applications to next-generation platforms. Advanced knowledge on functional architecture of the core system of the bank and experience in managing implementation of digital cores is a significant plus.

  • Plan, execute, and report on QA activities for FLEXCUBE Core Banking implementations.
  • Develop test strategies for functional, integration, regression, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing.
  • Manage QA teams and coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Vendors.
  • Review and validate Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements through test cases and defect tracking.
  • Oversee defect triaging, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
  • Effectively manage defect reporting, escalation, and closure.
  • Ensure readiness for production cutover through rigorous testing and simulation.
  • Implement and maintain test automation frameworks where applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), QA standards, Governance, and risk management policies.
