Quality Assurance Expert

We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Expert to join our team.

About the Role:

The Quality Assurance Expert is responsible for executing, supporting, and continuously improving quality assurance processes within the DevSecOps department.

This role focuses on test planning, code quality enforcement, vulnerability scanning, and release readiness, ensuring secure and reliable software delivery across platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans for application interfaces and operations.
  • Maintain Sonar Cloud quality gates and monitor code quality metrics.
  • Track defects from QA findings.
  • Conduct release readiness reviews and validate quality criteria prior to deployment.
  • Prepare and maintain audit artifacts for compliance and internal/external reviews.
  • Perform vulnerability scanning and reporting using tools such as Sonar Cloud and Visual Studio.
  • Support audit readiness and escalate unresolved blockers.
  • Participate in weekly QA reviews and collaborate with Dev Leads, Ops, and Service teams.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for QA-related issues.
  • Maintain and update system documentation and QA procedures.
  • Prepare weekly status reports detailing progress, testing tasks, and artifact collection.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in QA methodologies, test planning, and defect tracking.
  • Knowledge of static code analysis, and vulnerability scanning (e.g. Sonar Cloud).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
