Banking Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned commercial banking professional to join our team.
This individual will act as an expert advisor to internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic insights, process consulting, and domain expertise across commercial banking operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a consultant and advisor in commercial banking engagements across client implementations, solution design, and process improvements.
- Translate complex banking processes into actionable insights and business requirements for banking function.
- Own RFP/RFI responses, solution creation, and go-to-market strategy for commercial banking offerings.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in client banking operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in commercial banking domain with exposure to corporate lending, trade finance, cash & payments, risk & compliance, and client onboarding from operations standpoint.
- Previous experience in consulting, transformation, or solution architect role within a financial institution is preferred.
- Strong understanding of banking processes, systems, and compliance/regulatory environment.
