Job Profile:

We seek a seasoned sales strategist to lead our pre-sales operations, manage our virtual sales team, and leverage data insights to inform strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from ₹ 55-70 lakhs annually.

Key Tasks:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to boost leads and customer acquisition.
  • Streamline pre-sales processes, encompassing telemarketing and social media engagement.
  • Lead a high-performance team to generate substantial sales leads, emphasizing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze data to monitor performance, forecast trends, and make informed decisions to enhance sales techniques.
  • Serve as a visionary leader, inspiring and directing teams with a clear vision for long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to align sales strategies with broader corporate objectives.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Masters' degree with a minimum 80% score in all academic pursuits.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within the wellness, hospitality, or allied sectors.
  • Strong background in strategic planning, pre-sales activities, and team management.
  • Proficiency in using social media and other digital platforms for lead generation.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in performance metrics.
  • Outstanding leadership abilities, enabling the inspiration and direction of diverse teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
