Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all accounts and taxation related matters
  • Manage Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance
  • Prepare daily sales and collection reports, as well as compute commission, discount, loss, and service fee figures
  • Ensure timely payment to suppliers and manage accounts payable within set parameters
  • Prepare vendor payment reports for trend analysis and airlines debtor and creditor reports for monthly review
  • Perform daily vendor reconciliations with airlines purchase reports
  • Prepare vendor statements for vendor payments and reconciliations
  • Develop sales incentives for agents based on deal agreements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the travel industry
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices in the travel industry
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
