This role involves managing and maintaining training content within our Learning Management System. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:- Input and organize training content into our LMS, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and adhering to data privacy and confidentiality laws.
- Update and maintain training materials to reflect the latest information and standard processes.
- Work closely with domain experts to capture, review, and refine training content.
- Assist in the development of new training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive content.
- Conduct quality checks on training materials to ensure they meet organizational standards and learning objectives.
- Capture feedback from users and domain experts to continuously improve training content.
- Provide support to employees in navigating the Learning Management System and accessing trainings.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in training offerings.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- 2-5 years' proven experience in training content management and/or development.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, prioritize, and handle numerous projects simultaneously.
