Skin Trainer Position Overview

We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Skin Trainer. As a member of our training team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering technical skills in skin services to our technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Planning and Delivery: Develop comprehensive training plans, deliver expert knowledge on skin services to our technicians, and ensure high-quality delivery of services to our customers.
  • Training Content Creation: Create engaging and informative training content, including presentations, guides, and assessments, to support the development of our technicians' skills.
  • Techincian Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of our technicians' skills, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supporting External Education: Collaborate with external education providers to ensure our training programs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Cooching and Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to our technicians, helping them to develop their skills and advance in their careers.
  • Salon Visits: Visit our salons to observe and assess the delivery of skin services, provide feedback, and support the growth of our business.
  • Trials and Assessments for New Techincians: Design and implement trials and assessments for new technicians, ensuring they meet the required standards before being certified.
  • Creative Contribution: Contribute to the development of new training programs, materials, and initiatives that drive innovation and excellence in skin services.
  • Data Analytical Skills: Analyze data to inform training decisions, measure the effectiveness of our training programs, and identify areas for improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication skills, a graduate or 12th standard with Diploma in Beauty Therapy, CIDESCO certification, and mastery-level skills in all skin services. You should have a minimum of 3-4 years on-floor experience and 6-8 years of experience with a focus on training, as well as strong planning and execution abilities and basic computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint).
