Job Title: Quality Manager

Elevate Customer-Facing Excellence

We are seeking a meticulous quality professional to oversee the enhancement of customer-facing interactions across Sales, Marketing, and Support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a call quality monitoring framework for Sales, Marketing, and Support.
  • Conduct regular call audits, scoring performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and deliver actionable feedback.
  • Design Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligning with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Create training programs covering CRM usage, process adherence, communication skills, and quality standards.
  • Partner with IT and Operations to optimize Zoho CRM workflows and ensure data integrity.
  • Analyze quality metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years of experience in quality management supporting multiple teams.
  • CRM Expertise: 3+ years hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
  • Team Scale: Exposure to quality oversight for large teams.
  • SOP & Training: Proven track record in drafting SOPs and delivering large-scale training.
  • Industry Background: EdTech or Healthcare experience is highly valued.
