Senior Software Quality Assurance Professional

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance leader to oversee software testing and quality processes across projects and products.
- Define QA Vision: Develop and implement the overall QA vision, standards, and best practices that ensure product reliability and drive continuous improvement in quality excellence.
- Develop Test Strategies: Create test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks to ensure thorough and efficient testing.
- Integrate Testing: Ensure testing is integrated into the Development Lifecycle for defect-free releases.
- Lead QA Team: Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, testers, and automation specialists to assign tasks, review performance, and build a culture of quality ownership.
- Manage QA Staff: Manage hiring, training, and career development of QA staff to oversee manual, automated, functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and DevOps teams to ensure defect-free releases and track defects, prioritize bugs, and ensure timely resolution.
- Establish Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for software quality, including defect density, test coverage, and release quality.
- Compliance and Improvement: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, such as ISO, CMMI, GDPR, and SOC2, and drive continuous improvements in test processes and tools.
As a Quality Assurance leader, you will communicate QA progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and provide quality metrics and dashboards to leadership.
