Job Title: Senior Engineer/Technical Lead

We seek an experienced professional to fill the role of AS400 Tester, driving quality and excellence in our testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute comprehensive test cases for IBM i-based applications using IBMI AS400 testing methodologies.
  • Perform manual and automated testing across functional and technical layers, ensuring consistency and traceability across test environments and data sets.
  • Conduct system integration and user acceptance testing, identifying and documenting defects and collaborating with development teams for resolution.
  • Analyse test outcomes using cognitive and analytical techniques to drive improvements and ensure that the highest standards of quality are maintained.
  • Prior experience with SQL queries and domain expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance is required, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in AS400 testing.
  • Excellent knowledge of IBMI AS400 testing methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of automation testing tools and techniques.
  • Ability to design and execute test cases for complex IBM i-based applications.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
