This role is responsible for leading the Home Painting Services department, overseeing sales and operations, developing SOPs, driving business growth, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations, develop SOPs, track implementation, and monitor project timelines, pricing, and quality standards.">
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion, drive revenue growth through marketing and sales strategies, build campaigns, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.">
  • Closely monitor NPS, implement a quality control process, resolve customer complaints, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.">
  • Organize training sessions, evaluate team performance, provide feedback, oversee budgeting, and monitor key performance indicators.">
  • Educate and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.">

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration or Operations Management (preferred).">
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in driving painting service business and operations.">
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing SOPs, strong business acumen, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team, problem-solving abilities, customer-centric approach, and solid knowledge of painting techniques.">
