As a Process Design Engineer, you will be responsible for developing process designs in line with API RP 14E Specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create process flow diagrams and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) that meet industry standards.
  • Develop process control strategies and safety instrumented functions to ensure safe operation of the plant.
  • Apply separation technologies such as three-phase separators, degassers, hydrocyclones, gas flotation units, and filters to remove impurities from produced water.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mastery of process design software including ASPEN Plus, HYSYS, and PRO/II.
  • Familiarity with API RP 14E specifications and other industry standards.
  • Strong understanding of separation technologies and process control strategies.
