Interior Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Interior Designer to join our team. As an expert in interior design, you will be responsible for developing innovative concepts and layouts that meet client needs.

  • Conceptual Design & Spatial Planning: Utilize your expertise to create bespoke designs that align with client vision and functional requirements.
  • AutoCAD Drafting & Technical Drawings: Produce precise 2D plans, working drawings, construction details, and technical documentation.
  • Design Detailing & Material Selection: Specify finishes, furniture systems, lighting, and materials suitable for high-end interiors.
  • Décor & Styling: Curate final styling elements including soft furnishings, accessories, and artwork to enhance the design narrative.
  • Project Supervision & Coordination: Liaise with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality execution and timely project delivery.
  • Client Interaction: Present design ideas, collect feedback, and modify plans accordingly. Act as a key point of contact during all project phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
  • 3–4 years of professional experience in interior design with architectural understanding
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop is a plus
  • Strong command of MS Office, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
  • Thorough understanding of design documentation, building systems, and detailing
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and collaborate across disciplines
  • Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and time management skills
