Develop Digital Signal Processing Expert

A successful candidate will have experience in designing and implementing digital signal processing algorithms for a variety of applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing DFT architectures for ASIC/SoC designs
  • Inserting and verifying scan chains, boundary scan (JTAG), MBIST, LBIST, and other test structures
  • Collaborating with RTL and physical design teams to ensure seamless integration of DFT features
  • Generating and validating test patterns using ATPG tools for stuck-at, transition, and path delay faults
  • Performing fault simulation and coverage analysis to optimize test quality
  • Supporting silicon bring-up and debug of test-related issues
  • Working with ATE teams to develop test programs and support production testing

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about digital signal processing and has excellent problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital signal processing
  • Strong understanding of DFT concepts and architectures
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
