As a leader in campaign development, this role requires expertise in leveraging social platforms to design engaging experiences through insights and technologies.

The candidate will work closely with the client servicing team to continuously improve the strategy, direction, and recommended programs and tactics.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and brand performance to derive unique insights.
  • Create an integrated strategy platform for campaigns/pitches that serves as a foundation for creative teams.
  • Prepare and present visual presentations with sharp point-of-view and compelling narrative.
  • Translate business objectives into social media objectives, enriched by proprietary benchmarks.
  • Analyze available insights and define overall strategy in terms of distribution and amplification.
  • Determine the right marketing approach to achieve goals considering objectives, challenges, and limitations.
  • Participate actively in new business pitches as required.

Key Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate with around 7 years of experience in brand planning, social and/or digital campaign management, digital creative strategy.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect business requirements to strategy solutions.
  • Research and data analytical skills, generating data-based insights to integrate into the strategy process.
  • Passionate about fast-evolving social media environment with a strong point-of-view to share with clients and colleagues.
  • Innovative mindset with an eye on emerging platforms or partners to consider in brand strategy results.
  • Ability to work effectively, proactively, and seamlessly within integrated teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
