Job Title: State Head

A state head is responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of a region or department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Create personalized treatment plans that align with patient goals and objectives.
  • Administer therapy through various exercises, manual techniques, and physiotherapy equipment to promote recovery and well-being.
  • Apply therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound, TENS, and heat/cold therapy to alleviate pain and inflammation.
  • Closely monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and caregivers on home-based exercises, recovery strategies, and injury prevention techniques.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to ensure holistic care and coordination of services.
  • Support patients in achieving optimal mobility, managing pain, regaining strength, and recovering from surgeries or chronic conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records and reports, ensuring seamless communication among healthcare teams.
