Job Title: Government Contracting Manager

 

We are seeking a seasoned Government Contracting Manager to lead our proposal management efforts, drive business growth, and expand our presence in the US State and Federal markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and winning government contracts for IT Services and Staffing.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end proposal lifecycle, collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams, and build a strong government contracting pipeline.
  • Lead bid management processes, streamline proposals, and ensure compliance with State, Local, and Federal regulations.
  • Conduct SWOT analysis, identify opportunities, and develop strategic partnerships across various government agencies.
  • Drive email campaigns, cold calling, and lead generation to foster new business relationships.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Proposal Management, including SLED and Federal contracts.
  • Strong understanding of US State and Federal acquisition process, GSA, FedConnect, SAM.gov, and similar systems.
  • Proven track record in managing and winning government contracts for IT Services and Staffing.
  • Experience in vendor registration and compliance processes for State and Federal contracts.
