Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of contract management expertise in the APAC region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review and negotiate IT and technology contracts, including Master Service Agreements, EPC, Turnkey contracts, Professional Service Agreements, NDAs, and Procurement Agreements.
  • Manage government tenders, bid proposals, RFIs, RFPs, EOIs, and contracts with OEMs, service providers, and sub-contractors for software licenses, hardware, cloud, SaaS, AI, and manpower.
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure contractual correspondence is handled effectively.
  • Work on amendments or extensions of contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, liabilities, and deviations that safeguard company interests.
