Job Description:

The Export Executive role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of export-related activities. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing customer relationships, and coordinating logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Manage routine operations, resolve quality and regulatory queries, and ensure a smooth flow of exports from order punching to final delivery.
  • Customer Liaison: Coordinate with customers to ensure timely shipments and sales, follow up on order status, and inform customers accordingly.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly projections, process agent commissions, and track pending orders.
  • Financial Management: Maintain receivables from external customers, ensure timely payments, and process samples, DMFs, and other internal queries.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication with internal stakeholders, customers, and agents is crucial for this role.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve quality and regulatory queries, and manage operational issues efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software and systems used in export operations.
