Medical Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Medtronic's innovative medical products and services within assigned geographic areas and/or specific customer accounts.
About the RoleIn this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to develop and strengthen long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, assessing customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Promote and sell Medtronic's medical products and services to exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

- Pursue new business opportunities and identify potential growth areas.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., biomedical engineering, life sciences).
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Introductory knowledge of Medtronic's products and services.
- Clinical selling aptitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong learning agility and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates integrity and is recognized as a role model by peers and manager.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
