Sales Executive Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Minitek Systems India Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success and be able to effectively communicate with customers to identify and qualify leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets by effectively managing customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Qualify Leads: The candidate will use their expertise to qualify leads and provide recommendations to customers on our product offerings.
  • Manage Complex Negotiations: The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing complex negotiations with senior-level executives to close sales deals.
  • Build Long-Term Relationships: The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships to drive repeat business.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 Years' Sales Experience: The candidate should have a minimum of 2-5 years' quota-carrying sales experience in a similar industry.
  • CRM Experience: The ideal candidate should have experience working with CRM systems and be able to effectively manage customer data.
  • Strong Communication Skills: The Sales Executive should have strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
