Aviation Industry Sales Professional

Are you looking for a part-time job that can provide valuable experience in customer relations and sales support? YLAA (Young Learners Aviation Academy) is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Relations Intern to join our sales team.
We offer a competitive salary of up to $10,000 for this role. As a Customer Relations Intern, you will assist the sales team with cold calls to potential students and introduce them to our training programs.
You will also support in responding to inquiries, scheduling follow-up calls, and maintaining customer records. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales representative to prepare and organize materials for customer meetings and occasionally visit customer sites with senior representatives for hands-on experience in customer interactions.
To be successful in this role, you should have good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi, as well as a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to build rapport with customers. You should also have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and willingness to learn CRM tools.
