  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliverables:
  • Successfully coordinated and efficiently managed visual arts projects.
  • Established quality assurance processes for design deliverables.
  • Ensured seamless handovers from Global to Regional teams upon project completion.
  • Fostered effective communication among project stakeholders.
  • Implemented process improvement recommendations and tracked their impact.
  • Requirements:
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, specifically Wrike, Asana, Workfront.
  • Basic understanding of design principles and processes.
  • Ability to assess workloads, availability, and skills of design team members.
  • Knowledge of design quality standards and ability to review design deliverables.
  • Competency in data analysis tools to generate project reports.
  • Familiarity with design software and collaboration tools.
