Visual Storyteller Needed

We're looking for a talented artist to create compelling illustrations and digital artwork that capture brand values, emotions, and product essence.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a brand that values creativity, culture, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create original illustrations and digital artwork for various mediums – print, web, packaging, and physical products.
  • Translate conceptual ideas into engaging visual narratives that reflect brand identity.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product development teams to develop cohesive visual strategies.
  • Develop illustration styles suitable for different mediums while maintaining consistency in visual tone.
  • Stay up-to-date on art, design, and cultural trends and incorporate that awareness into work.
  • Evaluate illustrations to ensure they meet quality and color standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong grasp of color theory, composition, form, and character design.
  • Proficiency in digital illustration tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, or similar software.
  • Versatility in working across different illustration styles (quirky, modern-ethnic, minimal, maximal, pop-culture-inspired, etc.).
  • Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to visually interpret themes and narratives while bringing a distinctive artistic voice to guided creative direction.
  • Familiarity with art, culture, flora-fauna, and mythology is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in lifestyle, gifting, fashion, D2C brands, or packaging design is advantageous.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
