We're seeking a talented and creative individual to join our design team as an Art Specialist.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visual content for various digital campaigns, websites, and social media platforms. They will work closely with the senior design team to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts that align with client requirements and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create visually appealing designs for digital campaigns, websites, and social media under the guidance of senior designers.
  • Support the development of creative concepts with the senior design team.
  • Evaluate design work to ensure alignment with client needs and brand standards.
  • Deliver high-quality design drafts effectively, incorporating feedback from senior designers.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest design tools, techniques, and industry trends.
  • Manage assigned tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to learn and grow under the mentorship of senior designers.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
