Chief Visual Strategist

Our organization is seeking a highly experienced Senior Art Director to spearhead the development of impactful campaigns for renowned brands.
The ideal candidate will possess 6–8 years of expertise in advertising/design, with specialization in conceptualization, art direction, and campaign development. Strong leadership and team management skills, as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, are essential. A profound understanding of branding, typography, visual storytelling, and integrated campaigns is also required.
As a senior leader, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding a team of designers, visualizers, and junior art directors to ensure high creative standards. You will also review and refine creative outputs before delivery, maintaining quality and consistency. Presenting creative ideas and campaigns confidently to clients and internal stakeholders is another key responsibility.
