We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to drive exceptional experiences and successful outcomes in digital marketing.

  • Manage client and vendor relationships for excellent customer experiences

  • Strategize content calendars and execute successful content marketing campaigns
  • Upsell and cross-sell new products to existing clients while educating them on expected outcomes
  • Educate clients on digital marketing products and best practices
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in advanced content and tags
  • Conduct problem-solving techniques to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Engage with customers and contractors via phone, email, & video conferencing
  • Manage other team members involved in similar tasks and guide them towards desired outcomes
