Job Title: Interiors Projects Advisor

Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead growth for our Projects vertical. This role requires expertise in design knowledge, client advisory, and business development.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner for clients, landlords, and corporates by guiding them through the journey of conceptualizing, budgeting, and executing interior projects while ensuring seamless delivery with our design and execution teams.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of interiors, materials, and fit-out processes and be able to effectively communicate and present design ideas to clients.

  • Client Advisory & Business Development:
    • Serve as the primary advisor to clients on their workspace or interior needs.
    • Connect and close new business opportunities in office, workspaces, and other commercial interiors.
    • Cross-sell interiors services to existing clients.
    • Build long-term partnerships with landlords, brokers, and corporate clients.
  • Design Knowledge & Pre-Sales Support:
    • Translate client requirements into actionable design briefs.
    • Discuss layouts, materials, finishes, and space optimization ideas confidently.
    • Collaborate with in-house team to prepare concept boards, BOQs, and cost estimates.
  • Coordination & Delivery Oversight:
    • Handover project to the in-house Project Manager and Design Team for Execution.
    • Provide clear communication between clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Experience: 4–7 years in interior projects, client advisory, or design-build sales.
  • Skills:
    • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.
    • Solid understanding of interiors, materials, and fit-out processes.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
