We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hospitality Consultant to join our team.

Job Description

The Senior Hospitality Consultant will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects within the hospitality sector. This will involve defining project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements and internal governance. The successful candidate will have strong project management capabilities, excellent client-facing skills, and a deep understanding of the consulting environment in the GCC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality consulting projects
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectation management
  • Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients
  • Monitor project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, economics, business administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting, ideally within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder projects in complex environments
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms
