Strategic Leadership Opportunity

This role offers a chance to excel as an entrepreneurial leader, overseeing the growth of a vertical in finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Critical Success Factors: Achieve 100% successful end-to-end delivery for CFO clients with no more than 2 escalations per quarter, ensuring timely and actionable governance meetings.
  • Process Optimization: Increase process efficiency by at least 5% year-over-year through automation or process redesign for recurring clients.
  • Financial Metrics: Maintain timesheet default below 10% and reduce average collection days to under 60 days.
  • Client Engagement & Satisfaction: Attain a client satisfaction score (CSS) of 70–80% with an average rating above 4, while building strong operational relationships with at least 80% of the client base.
  • Talent Development & Retention: Mentor and develop junior team members into long-term contributors, conducting quarterly 360° feedback sessions and facilitating at least 8 technical or managerial training sessions annually.
  • Digital Transformation Initiatives: Identify and implement automation solutions that yield measurable effort and time savings.
  • Business Growth & Culture: Generate new business with 70% from CFO services, foster a culture of openness and collaboration, and lead quarterly process improvements that enhance delivery standards and empower junior staff through structured delegation.
