Drive Project Success as a seasoned IT Service Delivery Manager

Our organization seeks an accomplished IT Service Delivery Manager to spearhead project delivery teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies, project management, and software development life cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  2. Promote quality assurance objectives and participate in release management cycles.
  3. Coach project teams in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management processes.
  4. Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and budget.
  5. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate tools and techniques.
  6. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  7. Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  8. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  9. Meet strategic objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
  10. Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver complex development projects.

Requirements:

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, Project Management, Software Development Life Cycle, and Software Quality Assurance methodologies.
  • Experience in using Agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field or proven working experience in project management.
  • 15 years of experience in the IT industry.
