  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience quality across features, devices, and locales.
  • Handle annotations for training, measuring, and improving Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Key Responsibilities
  1. Understand core business values and initiatives.
  2. Manage operational escalations.
  3. Drive data-oriented analysis and adoption of technology solutions.
  4. Communicate stakeholder updates on operational milestones and process changes.
  5. Identify process gaps and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
  6. Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the process and refer peers and junior team members.
  7. Drive business/operational metrics through quantitative decision-making.
  8. Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment driven by complex software systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent English language skills (C1 level or above).
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to guide and mentor associates.
