Job Title

Decision analytics and business operations specialist sought to join our team. This is a critical role in supporting data-driven decision making processes, especially in the context of insurance-focused business operations.

  • Maintain and optimize data pipelines to ensure accuracy and integrity of data flows.
  • Implement robust data checks and automate processes using SQL.
  • Develop visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI or other visualization tools.
  • Source data from multiple sources, manipulate and prepare data, and run scripts to update Teradata DB.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing SQL codes and collaborating with customers on data model evolution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to communicate with clients effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in independent insight generation preferred.
  • Ability to translate functional specifications into technical requirements.
  • Proficient in creating complex queries and automating processes across multiple tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5-8 years of experience in analytics, SQL, ETL, and associated data jobs.
  • Strong knowledge of relational database management and SQL Teradata.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing SQL codes and collaborating with customers on data model evolution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
