
Administrative Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our founder and core team with day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling, and communication.
The ideal candidate will have strong written and spoken English skills, familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Forms), and excellent time management abilities.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow with a dynamic startup. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in business operations, marketing, client coordination, and process building.
- Assist the CEO with scheduling/rescheduling meetings, classes, and appointments.
- Help manage the company/CEO's WhatsApp account and reply to messages when needed.
- Draft emails and messages in professional English.
- Maintain records and trackers using Google Sheets, Forms, and Docs.
- Help manage the CEO's Google Calendar and coordinate with team members and clients.
- Assist with research and simple documentation tasks as needed.
- Support ongoing projects by completing assigned admin or communication tasks on time.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Forms).
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Organized, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Gain firsthand experience working with the CEO of a wellness startup.
- Exposure to business operations, marketing, client coordination, and process building.
