Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Mumbai. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as providing general administrative support, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, and assisting with clerical duties. The role also involves providing executive administrative assistance and ensuring effective communication within the organization.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Executive Administrative Assistance experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in MS Office or related software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site setting
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
