Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence and lead generation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that promote our travel services.

Your primary focus will be on managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, as well as developing and executing Meta Ads strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. You will also be responsible for generating and analyzing performance reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Develop and execute Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Generate and analyze performance reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Implement and manage tracking tags for accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize ad campaigns.
  • Write compelling ad copy that resonates with the target audience and drives action.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Proven experience in the travel industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
