We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our financial operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Financial Planning & Compliance:
  • Manage daily bookkeeping, accounting entries, (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations), and ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards.
  • Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Assist with GST, TDS, income tax, and ROC filings.
Global Operations Support:
  • Support transfer pricing compliance and related documentation.
  • Handle cross-border payments and banking liaison.
  • Assist in consolidation of group accounts.
Expense Management:
  • Record, monitor, and clear company expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and budgets.
  • Handle employee reimbursements and expense reports.
Statutory Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with Indian statutory requirements including TDS, GST, PF, PT, and other applicable laws.
  • Prepare and file necessary returns and reports on time.
  • Coordinate with external auditors as needed.
Import and Export Transactions:
  • Manage Bill of Entry (BOE) and ORM mapping for import and export transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant import/export regulations.
Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO):
  • Create and manage PO's and SO's.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all orders.
Audit & Reporting:
  • Support statutory and internal audits.
  • Assist in management information system (MIS) reports on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain accurate records for due diligence and fundraising-related requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Professional qualification: CA Inter preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
  • Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards.
