Financial Operations Specialist

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of banking and finance. Your duties will include liaising with banks for banking operations, assisting with daily cash management across multiple bank accounts, producing daily MIS on liquidity, obtaining 15CA/CB, preparing weekly payment summaries, reviewing employee claims, managing credit cards, procuring licenses, and generating monthly payment reports for accounting purposes.

Your role will also involve assisting with the execution of financing deals, supporting daily portfolio transfers, investor repayments, EMI repayments, producing daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations for India covering disbursements, repayments, net cash, and third-party contracts. Additionally, you will prepare and record journal entries using NetSuite to support a timely month-end close, assist with timely payment of all statutory dues, collaborate with various departments on accruals, vendor management, and contracts management, assist in preparing and communicating timely and accurate monthly financial and management reports, and assist with the preparation of monthly cash projections.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have strong problem-solving skills, be a self-learner willing to take on any task, and have experience in banking and finance operations. You should also be able to work independently with minimal supervision, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in MS Office.
