Key Responsibilities">

We are looking for a highly skilled Lifestyle Manager who will be the primary point of contact for our clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our clients and their families.

  • Customer Onboarding: The Lifestyle Manager will be responsible for understanding the client's needs and preferences, and providing them with a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Solution Deployment: The Lifestyle Manager will work closely with our operations team to deploy solutions that meet the client's requirements, and ensure that they are satisfied with the service.
  • Partner Management: The Lifestyle Manager will manage our partner ecosystem to deliver high-quality services to our clients, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Customer Feedback and Service Improvement: The Lifestyle Manager will gather feedback from clients, and work with our teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in hospitality or a related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
