Job Title: Creative Design Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Creative Design Coordinator who is passionate about sustainable architecture, modern lifestyle spaces, and renewable energy integration.

This role offers hands-on exposure to real projects, mentorship from both engineering and design teams, and an opportunity to work on a one-of-a-kind concept that merges interior design with clean energy technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in designing rooftop lounge layouts that balance functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
  • Work with engineering teams to integrate solar panel structures into the lounge design without compromising style and usability.
  • Develop 3D renders, sketches, and mood boards to visualize design concepts.
  • Research and propose eco-friendly materials, furniture, and finishes.
  • Design seating, lighting, flooring, and shading solutions that align with solar installations.
  • Support in preparing presentations, drawings, and design documents for internal review.
  • Explore smart energy integration ideas (solar-powered lighting, charging stations, shading using panels, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Sustainable Design.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar 3D modeling tools.
  • Strong visualization skills with the ability to translate concepts into renderings.
  • Interest in sustainable design, renewable energy, and modern lifestyle spaces.
  • Creative problem-solver with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar profile is a plus.
  • Should have a good portfolio.
